AppointmentPlus for Android
The app is horrible on Android and the company apparently doesn't care. I've reached out several times and nothing gets fixed and when they do address it they make a new problem. Go with a different company cause running your own business is stressful enough. You don't need a service you pay good money for to be just as stressful.
Usability of this app is horrible. Im looking for alternative services. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company if you can. I made many suggestions for this app years ago and it was never addressed or even a courtesy response. Our calendars are complicated to move but we're going to do so soon anyway.
Terrible app for Android!!! Have to close app to see all data again. I use this for work and it's very difficult to keep track of my clients appointments!!!
Very glitchy. I depend on this app to run my business. I pay money every month to use the service. It is very disappointing how poorly it works. Customer service is not helpful at this company. It is a pain to switch to a new scheduling system after your start with one. So I would recommend picking a different company than this one when you start your business.
This app used to work great but has not in a few months and there support team doesn't seem eager to get it fixed so I uninstalled it..

Every App update has been GARBAGE! Android systems are barely even useable. Appointments shufffled constantly to the wrong days, app shut down on its own constantly, sometimes I am not even able to view ANY of my appointments and they just dissapear or move to the wrong day Some serious improvements need to be made to this app!
Every update they make makes the app worse. I'm all for changes, but their changes do not work. App no longer shows information for clients. Just starting to look for a new Web based appt scheduler. Appt+ is awful!
Upgrades aren't EVER upgrades the last one ruined the program. They're rebuilding. In the mean time lots of damage control They have fixed the upgrades.... they need to review upgrades before applying
Since the so called improvement update yesterday it became unusable. Can't make appointments can't block reserve times, all my reserve times that I had placed before is not showing up in the app. Indoor understand the logic of doing the the update when it was working fine and now it's piece of garbage. I don't have time to run my business and answer clients question that why is the app not working. I don't have an answer to that but please retract the update and use the early version I believe in keeping it simple. Fix it because I'm losing money from my business if not I'm done with this crap.
The update is horrible. I am no longer allowed to edit the service or time on appointments if they were already scheduled. If forces me to delete the entire appointment and make a new appointment. Incredibly inconvenient.
Customer Service suggested that I use this app to make scheduling simpler, as the company did an update on their system that makes it a 4 step process. HATE this app. No functionality, changed appointments to different days and times, cannot change an appointment once it is made (so like another reviewer, the appointment must be cancelled and remade) no clear differentiation between appointments, (so it is hard to tell when they start), no way of marking an appointment complete, no way of accessing customer data - as the form that should have the appointment info shows blank. Cannot see where this is even a viable option to run my business with. I would give it negative stars if that were possible.
This app has degraded from average to poor over the past few updates. It's unfortunate because it's been fairly reliable and user friendly up until now.
This app is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!!. The latest update has rendered it unusable. It no longer works with Android. Not that it worked well with Android before the update. I have to login over and over while I navigate. It shuts down often. Now when I click on my appointment I get no information about it. If we did not use this app for work I sure as hell wouldn't have it on my phone. Unfortunately I don't have a choice. Apparently they only cater to iPhone users.
Every time there is an update it creates a problem. I would not recommend this app
Update: Finally fixed !!! 3/30/17 This update has been the worst. The app is STILL not working correctly! Every appointment after 5 o'clock is forwarded to the next day. 3/28/17
This update is garbage!!! It doesn't connect properly with my desktop. This app is JUNK
I cant see my appointments everytime I click on a customer all their information disappears I cant do my job if I cant see my customers info

Every update makes this product worse. It is unusable on my android phone as the information displayed is wrong with clients missing from schedule, unable to book from the app. And the company will not take calls due to "high volume" after update. I'm uninstalling and looking for a new service
Update: I havent been able to login using the app for days. Is it abandoned? Do the developers even care at this point? ZERO STARS. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. - 11/2016: Not a good app. Doesn't load well, if at all, even when I'm connected to WiFi. Crashes. I've had to use it almost every day for a year for work and it's reliable maybe 1/3 of the time. Look elsewhere.
App worked great on my phone, showed all my appointments but would make my phone super slow and say that it wasn't responding.. please fix this because it really does help for work..

Also clients call the salon frequently to check on their upcoming appointment because they rarely get there notification reminders. The phone app is even more problematic and is completely user unfriendly, don't waste your time with this!

Crashes every time I try to open it. And when it has worked in the past, it was not at all use friendly. (Client notes were cut off so I couldn't read them all, etc.) I've sent them repeated feedback over the last couple on months with no response.
When changing to look up appointments I have login for each different appointment, what kind of crap is this?
constant issues
Most of my appointments need to be scheduled after 4 pm but they never let me because my "company is closed" at that time. I can't update the time of hours or the services. So stupid.
Great on computer, but on the phone it sucks. Always closes or freezes up. Have to log in if i switch from one customer to another.

If I didn't have to use this for my job I would surely use something else, anything else. It causes my phone to run slow, it crashes about 20 times a day, I have to print out my schedule and bring it with me because this is so unreliable.
Might as well use the web site as its better than the app. Why do developers do this? Yes, I WANT features of your site removed on your app and to be LESS useful, thats exactly what I want. Waste of something that could be really useful to me and everyone else hoping for more.
I've had to use appointment plus for years, and the app is a huuuuuuge hinderance. It works almost like it's supposed to on Apple phones, but the Android version might as well be trashed. I've never seen an improvement in the usability of it over the past couple of years. Reserving time is extremely difficult, adding appointments is impossible for me, and good luck looking at the whole schedule. Also, the app almost always crashes on me when I open it, multiple times. I report them, but no changes occur. :(

Have used it for years, but the latest Android version is a bit wonky and seems to no longer have a couple of features it used to. Some times the appointment grid is completely blank and I have to log out and log back in. Also, the previous version would automatically scroll to the current time upon opening and the businesses first open hour on other days, it no longer does this, it opens at 12am and I have to scroll myself. Also, I seem to no longer have the ability to hold my finger on the appointment to change the status. This was an important feature for my business, as my employees could quickly acknowledge their awareness of an appointment by easily changing the color. Now it takes 4 steps to this....
