It will not even allow me to create a profile by entering my email and password. I even tryed creating a new user by linking my Facebook and it still didn't work.

On Feb 2014 developer indicated that app is fixed, but not. I think its problematic when the maker of the app do not reply to your request! I believe they have abandoned it. Like the other customer I encountered the same problem in that when confirming appointment pressing 1 cancels instead of confirm!!...after trial it's $13/mo every month for 500 contacts. Also u only can use it on your own phone and none else including a pad!

**Update**Still no support! I am sure they worked hard on this app. It would be worth purchasing if I knew I could get support. The app has glitches in it and I can't rely on it working properly. When my clients are asked to confirm their appointment by pressing 1, it says "your appointment has been cancelled". Then I have to return phone calls from panicked clients. They are worried their appointments have been cancelled. Kind of a pain in the butt. I would purchase the app if it worked properly. Bummed

After most problems reported, problem fixed after repeated emails. Not dependable. .reminders not sent out, text to voice doesn't work..I have been patient but this is too much trouble. If emails reporting problems responded to..would not have given a very poor rating.

I used this app for several months and loved it. Once I upgraded to the basic plan, it stopped sending reminders to my clients. I emailed the developer twice and never got a response so I had no choice but to cancel my subscription. Really a shame because when it worked it was exactly what I needed for my small business. Very disappointed!
