Poor response from help center for asking on how to upload the grocery bill which is more than 3 feet in size. 1. Fold bill and show header and footer and click - Rejected as Not allowed 2.Whole bill uploaded - Rejected as No clarity 3. Tear bill and keep side by side - Not allowed 4. Took video and sent - Still not considered. When I asked them any other way - no answer from them.

Once it was a good app, but now it has become worst. There are no free gifts in gifts section. You have to upload bills from partner brands. And the worst part of the app is that your bills won't get verified. My 11 bills have been pending since 9 June 2017. Without the approval of my bills i cant get anything. So i m going to uninstall this useless app.

No response from customer care. Why don't u solve the problems of ur customers It's duty but u don't take care. I am fed up with this app Bcz there is no bms aur amazon voucher in this app Please provide us all this if u want 5 star on your app

I redeemed my 6000 whams for Rs.1000 amazon gift voucher 3 months back but still I haven't got the voucher. I contacted customer care 6-7 times, they always say that you will get it in 2-3 days. Very poor service. If you people can't deliver the vouchers, stop fooling people.

This app make fool customer. You will never get bonus card when you have appropriate whams to purchase it.If you don't have enough wham then anytime you can find out the bonus card but when you have sufficient wham you always found it sold out. I talked with customer care so they told me to complete another task to redeem cards. NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Guys don't waste the time to download this app. This app is so boring . I am trying to redeem gift card from 4 months but there is no stock available from 4 months . They are making fool to all users. request you to don't install this app.

Once there was a time when i really loved this app. It had so many items to redeem in the daily section and had a fixed time when they will be in stock. I even once redeemed a memory card which got delivered within a week. And the only thing i can find now in the daily section is amazon gift card. I am really disappointed.

Please don't install this app..this is totally fake one. Bcz a month back I have redeemed a 1000 rs amazon vocher but I didn't get vocher till now. Every time I contact the CC they tell there is some technical issue.Hello wham people could you just tell us what the technical issuue is,which u people are not able to solve for last few months.

Redeemed an Amazon voucher didn't get it till now, it's been more than 45 days. Their team will say we will give soon. Waste of time.

Why redeem section show me that locked or sold out ? It may be you will became me and others to fool.......... Before 3-5 month it works and buying system work but now ..... And coustmer care not take calls.....why....??????..

Its not that useful if u r able to refer as many friends then its ok.... Except all these ... I didnt found it useful specially the bill section... I have uploaded two bills as per the rules but after 2days it just showed .. Rejected.... Bakwass

I'm getting different kind of Wham app. I think it is not real and referral code option is also not coming. Please help me. And I'm not able to click the pictures also.

I have redeemed two products 40 days back. Still I don't see any response on them. And they replied - Bcoz of GST they are facing issue. From last 2- 3 month's Wham is not sending the redeemed products. So better stop uploading bills. Waste of time. I have uploaded 1,50,000+/- worth bills. And now it's of no use. I ll post the same on all social media

Wrost app redeemed gift card not deliver after 80 days on contacting to care poor response and on writing review on play store always a same reason we are facing technical problem in processing your order once it will resolve we will immediately deliver it. Even they did not reply any other reason other then this. On asking for date till when they can provide the voucher they just always reply soon we will deliver your voucher they even can't provide me a deadline. Highly dissatisfied.

Guys don't install this app it's just a scam. They are Fooling people for their benefit. I had installed this app a year ago initial it was good but latest updates are worst. I'm trying to redeem daily since 3 months every time sold out..

Fuddu app please don't waste your time before 6 months I was installed it nd I have 3500 points this app always show sold out on 10 o'clock coupon's and I call to wham care but no phone picked by them

Very bad. Application, i have got 2500 whams , when I try contact to customer care, they are not lifting the phone and I am trying to redeem my whams points

I'm trying to buy 500 gift card from last 20 days , but every day 11am I'm wasting time always sold out , I think they are not keeping, I have 5000 points just give #500amazon and take all the points else only uninstall is the way.

Due to cheap updates I couldn't use my 3000 wham points which I have been collecting since many days.now if you want any gift it says send the bills of partner stores.instead I would directly buy rather than use my wham points.Hate it

Why is upload transaction there when it doesn't work. I have bill but upload transaction doesn't open atall. Wish this solved so that we can use the app. For me this app is just taking space in my memory but of no use. Pl update it asap.

Well it's been two months since i ordered the gift cards but yet to receive them. Every time i contact the customer care they say they are in the middle of GST transition and that the gift will be delivered in 2-5 days. But i ordered the items before the GST came. Very poor service. If the items are not in stock why let us redeem them in the first place. 7000 whams have been wasted.

Can't trust to this app, I redeemed my Amazon gift card of rs 500 before 2 months ago but they still not give my gift card , when I contacted to their WhatsApp number then every time they making me fool by saying sir your gift card will be delivered soon, If you are genuine, then give me my gift card, surely 100% , I will change my rating and review .When you give me my gift card then I surely change my review opinion towards you.

Have been using this app from last 11 months and have collected good amount of whams but now they have set the additional task for the redeemption of whams for the purchase of any item .This is very frustrating and annoying .

Stupid app because it doesn't have a feature of redeeming points, I have collected 510 points so far but I was not able to cash in a single wham point for anything

Not for mumbai users , waste of time n block of space in mobile. I had kept dis app n used for last more dan one year.first I was able to get points in whams and when I click new add I was getting whams points but frm last 6..7 months no whams points nothink, I have total more dan 4700 whams points but can reedem aa always it's shows sold and der policy always change on time so better dnt install app, or before installing pls read my review

It's an app which we can love in many ways. Referral features is such an interesting thing which we can love in many ways. It can be redeemed. While shopping , movies and other social gathering we can explore in many ways. Wonderful app in ones phone.

I am using this app from last 1 year. previously this app was great but now they are cheating..beacuse i used this app frkm 1 year and 1 got more than 3000 wham point and redeemed amazon voucher of Rs 500 before last month..but yet i did not get any voucher when i contacted with customer care through whatsap they usually say " we will update you soon"..
