מַסֶּכֶת כָּרֵתוֹת היא המסכת השביעית בסדר קדשים, במשנה ובתלמוד הבבלי. הנושא המרכזי במסכת הוא קרבנות החובה של היחיד: חטאת ואשם. שם המסכת הוא ריבוי של כרת, עונש בידי שמיים שקבעה התורה על העושה במזיד עבירות חמורות במיוחד. העושה את העבירות הללו בשוגג חייב להביא למקדש קרבן חטאת, והמשנה מגדירה את כללי חיובו של החוטא בשגגה.
