The Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahayan Charitable & Humanitarian Foundation carries on with its strategy to reach its objectives, which were designed by His Royal Highness, the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nayhan, founder of the Foundation - may Allah be merciful to him.
The Foundation’s publication of the Zayed Encyclopedia of the Rules of Jurisprudence is considered one of the most significant sources of legislation amassed by scholars from across the globe, where its making took around fifteen years, with the contribution of the most renowned scholars of the Islamic world.
The Foundation made sure to publish it in its paper and electronic form in order for it to be accessible to all legislative authorities, and to academic and educational institutions such as universities, research and academic centers.
The Foundation is dedicated to continuing the project of Zayed Encyclopedia of the Rules of Jurisprudence, where it is working on publishing a booklet that contains only the Principles’ texts, which amount to 2,495 principles, and then translating them into the most common living languages adopted by the United Nations and most of the Islamic world, as well as putting out a summary about the teachings that constitutes 42
Preamble
volumes, that will remain accessible to researchers and scholars and those specializing in all areas of the law, rights, and any subjects pertaining to human civilization and its values. Those who wish to dig more deeply into the subject can refer to the complete encyclopedia of scripts, their explanation, testaments and applications.
The Foundation hopes to receive, from the interested researchers and learners, studies and researches that will play a role in furthering this work until it evolves into a cultural legacy of the Islamic World that shines its light through its milestones and spread justice and philanthropy awareness in all the world’s cultures and civilizations.
