Welcome to THE EDMONTON REAL ESTATE APP – your smartphone connection to the dynamic Edmonton Real Estate Market. Pictures and detailed descriptions of all listings are available in your hand. It simply couldn’t be any simpler. Access ALL Edmonton listings in a variety of different ways:
GPS SEARCH – Ever driven by a house for sale, and wondered how much they were listed at. Using Location Services on your smartphone THE EDMONTON REAL ESTATE APP will map out homes for sale in close proximity to you. Whether you are out for a walk, or driving in your car, you can quickly find listings in that particular area. Ensure your location services are on and Press the GPS SEARCH button, then SHOW NEARBY USING GPS. A map will come up, and show homes for sale in the area.
BROWSE BY COMMUNITY - Alternatively, if you have a certain area(s) you wish to focus on you can choose to Browse only those listings. Simply press COMMUNITIES and then pick your desired areas. All available listings in the selected area will be shown. Choose to filter the results if you wish.
OR Search by MLS number, Address, or Postal Code.
Or SIGN IN, and create your own search.

Haven't been able to open on Galaxy S3; black screen for 4-5 seconds, then crashes.

It won't load. Force close emmediately. Needs the programmer to allow for more systems and to check his work on more than 1 phone. Ill keep it installed to see if an update comes. At least until I buy my home. I cant recommend this.

The filter is really limited. It skips from $200000 to $350000. Why wouldn't you allow manually entering the price limit, or at least more granular options?
