Shelby Brooks, President of The 203k Consulting Group , Inc. ---Shelby is certified through HUD for the FHA 203k, new home construction with FHA. He built his own construction company from 1983 to 1996 when he moved into the Consulting field and has happily been here since. He had a vision of expanding all over the state of Texas just two short years ago and that vision has already become true to life. His goal now is to spread outward from Texas to reach other states and that is already coming to be right now as we expand into Oklahoma and Louisiana.
