I was at Novena Square 2, wanted to order the western food. Upon check out, was told no stock. In the end have to order manually. What's the use of the app if it's functioning.

It's quite convenient. However, it won't allow me to remove the takeaway surcharge even though I am dining in.

Please have an option for dining in and take away, so we can remove or add surcharge 30cents

7.50pm am here ordering, but app states that all stalls are closed. Limited choices available. Not useful!

Ok now Square 2 also have already BUT need credit card to use. Unlike Kopitiam and Food Function, everyone can enjoy 10% discount using physical cards.

Helped me cut the queue and save money at square 2! Useful app although still limited food options available.

*added after app updated 22 Mar2017: my payment card details had to be keyed in again after update. ****** I am at the stall at 7pm on a Saturday but app says stalls are closed? Tried 3 times so far. Twice, the collection slips never came cos the staff manning the stalls did not check the kiosk or the data somehow never went through until I went to physically alert them that I was waiting for more than 10 mins. Are they expecting uaers to use the app ONLY during lunchtime peak hours?

It works, when it works. But the app still have a lot of kinks to work through. Have to re-enter the cc info after the update, which took me by surprise while I was getting a drink. It would be great to have 3x3 keypad while entering numbers and qwerty for others. I have encountered multiple errors while using and have to restart the apps. It would also be great if we can add payment details beforehand but not at the point of checkout.

troublesome to key in visa or mastercard. don't use paylah

A great starting point. Easy to use. Cashless is the way to go. Naysayers go jump somewhere. Please stay the course and persist.

This payment system is time consuming and troublesome..... NOT all dishes are on the offer. Only selected items. This will be a failure within 3 months. Order process flow 1) install the apps 2) select the koufu location 3) select the promotional item at your desired stores 4) check out the order and proceed to make credit card payment 5) the food store will receive the order notice 6) once the food is served, you will need to scan ur mobile screen with "recieved order code" to confirm transaction completion

The outlets not even ready for the app roll out.

Idea is good but Too bad that many stall is not available and the apps is closed at 1940.

Used it at Punggol Waterway Point.. great app for those long queue especially the drinks store! Pepper lunch only allows for takeaway though =(

useless for square 2 if you are closed for order at 192oh on Thursday

Fantastic, it is now so convenient to order and pay. Look forward to all hawker centers using it. Missing last star because not all the food items are there.

Worst app ever... I paid payment twice at Whitesands branch because the balance stayed on the screen of my phone.. Waited for my food but nothing served after 10min. Thinking that the deal didn't went through, made cash order instead. Ended up I saw deductions on my bank statement. Called up the hotline, didn't get bank to me promised... Sent an email 2 weeks ago, til now no reply... Resent an email, still the same... After service is lousy...

Can request to add in pioneer mall branch also... why dont hv ah???

This app is forever Loading on my Redmi Note HP, since I updated the app, it sucks!

Save time, no need to Q, like it.. But..if there's a column for us to put remark then will be best!

Waterway point branch - brought from dessert store, was ready for collection in less than 5 mins, all branch should have a collection point for food, else it's hard for the store owner to hand us the food too!

Lousy app. Tried to order the food items on pepper lunch (because hv discount price for app) at waterway point outlet. None of the items available when tried to chk out. When queue up to buy at regular price, everything available. What a joke!!

Store owner marked collection ready immediately after acknowledgement. Went to collect but food wasn't ready at all and was asked to join queue because others will complain. Then when it was my turn I was asked for order AGAIN. This app is basically useless!!!!

Tried to make an order but failed both times. Realised that the app does not accept OCBC mastercard ????

CMI lah. Morning Jem stalls open at 9am. Saw mince meat noodle open but app shows stall not open yet

Only one outlet available at the moment - 100 AM @ Tras St. Hopefully extend to Koufu island-wide soon!
