Bubble Pic Frames is a simple photo collage app which adds a new dimension to your pictures. Pictures cropped as circles float on the background you choose like REAL bubbles, thanks to the in-built physics engine. You can simply drag these bubbles and rearrange them the way you like it in your collage.
One can create a captivating collage within seconds in 3 simple steps:
1) Select background: pick a plain colour, or another picture.
2) Select picture: take a new picture or select an existing one from the library, crop the picture, edit it with effects, add text, stickers, etc.
3) Start adding bubbles: You can add as many bubbles as you like, pinch to re-size and move them around to create your collage.

It is nice collage app. You can create some cool pics here. Rated 4* because he final collage is not able to save in the phone gallary. Please add that feature too.
