Zomato Order: Online Food Delivery

Awesome selection list..Damn great support function..user interface...Do not order from Dominos or Pizza hut, if order is under 30mins guaranteed delivery but gets delayed then you need to chase the outlet for refund or free Pizza. Zomato will not help you with refund and will redirect you to outlet. Zomato is now just okay for me with its slow and damn slow chqt support. Okay Okay service

i ordered a cake for my brother's birthday party at 12.48....it promised to deliver the cake by 1.51. and then gave me a lame excuse that the delivery boy fell off with the cake. asked me for 15min more. n its 2.53 still haven't received the cake. zomato shut ur app or take serious action for such behaviour of ur restaurant. and thankyou for spoiling my brother's birthday .

Say #NO 2 ZOMATO. Worst experience ever. Don't go with this app. No way to get your refund and 45 minutes delivery takes 2 hours and in response they say we are sorry for your inconvenience. No way to get your money back once you pay for it. Never Never again I am ordering it. Abysmal, pathetic service.

Not at all happy with the services given by this app.. always late on delivery.. and not good response by the customer service too. People searching for online ordering app do not go for this app, Its worthless. They always give you false hope about your delivery and yet your food won't be delivered on time. Frustrated by hunger!!

I am really happy with Zomato, the delay from the hotel side can not be attributed to Zomato, since the delay can be for various reasons including bad traffic. But the App which is to facilitate ordering, is really good. The menu's are laid out in a nice fashion, easy to read and understand. Ordering, payments are easy and nice. also the listing of Restaurants are good. Overall Good job guys !!

Installed this a second time, after initial disappointment. Works okay now - except some restaurants listed seem to give menu items that they don't have and then call to ask for order modification. Not appreciated. Also, Dominos seem to want to keep independent inside the app so that their mediocrity is not reflected in the ratings.

I placed an order at 10:51pm and in the beginig it said that it will be delivered by 45 minutes and after waiting for 1hr 30 minutes Zomato people are saying to wait for another 30 mins ... is it some kind of a joke to wait for 2 hrs for one order... and they denied to return my moneyback. I wont place any order from zomato ever... worst service...

It's a useless app. They dnt care about customers. They dnt have any control over restaurant. They will add the restaurants to their list without even checking the quality. They dnt even care about reviews as well. They don't provide feedback to the restaurants who r not maintaining quality and delivery time. They won't remove those non performing restaurants. They just need money. They can't cancel the order within few mins also. Worst customer service.

If i can zero star and give a minus point i would love to give this app and the company. I ordered food and the kitchen accepted the order. After 30mins support calls and tells me that your order has been cancelled as it is too far to deliver. Reason for cancellation is that 10km from restaurant. Are you living in 18th century if you check in google maps its only 2.5 km from restaurant. If you can't deliver then why do you have tie up with Samsung Galaxy. Order food again from same restaurant through Food Panda they delivered it. Much better than Zomato. Uninstall the app.

Absolutely unprofessional behavior by ZOMATO & Partner restaurants. I have placed 4 order out of that 3 were delayed by 10-15 minutes over and above stipulated 45 minutes. When you approach ZOMATO they are helpless. No control on their partner restaurants. Absolutely NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered first time from this app. But it was a very bad experience with this. I ordered at 5:58 pm and received the food at 7:49 pm. Ridiculous services. There is no coordination between the app owner and the restaurant(subway). I tried to get in touch with the app executives and then they got to know that food was not yet deliver. Food delivered was not up to mark it was not hot at all. Using the app is wasting your money and time. Really bad services. This app is not at all recommended.

This model doesn't work, just connecting the customer with restaurant doesn't end zomatos job, zomato should be delivering orders so that they have more control over logistics and can provide better visibility to customers. Restraunts taking more than 1hour to deliver food is unacceptable

I decided to use this app and I'm so disappointed. I placed an order and after deducting my money they tell me that the order hasn't reached the restaurant and the money is somewhere in limbo!! Disgusted and so fed up of these apps that only have a name but can't back up their delivery. Terrible app!

These guys are cheats. They deliver late, cold food. You cannot track the delivery like Swiggy, when orders go missing, they have the attitude that the customer is lying. They asked me to send pictures of my pizza for missing toppings. Finally, they do not refund your money (offer only zomato points) even after talking to their supervisor. I will stay far away from this failed business.

Such n bad experience it was ... My order was cancelled as the outlet does not have rider to provide me food n money got deducted frm my wallet n noe it will refund in 24- 48 hrs... Dnt knw wat to do now as chasing frm past 30 min n so hungry left with no other option.... U guys should look for customers convenience

I have almost slept without food 2 times because of this pathetic app. Their chat support is also as useless as their service. They will deduct money from your account and will not return it until you fight hard. Hate it to the core.

Altough there are some issues with the restaurants. But customer support is very good as compared to food panda.. i love ordering food with zomato. I just wish they Dnt allow hidden delivery charges and tell us the exact tax break up

Compared with other food delivery apps, the qty I received thru Zomato ordering was much lower than the normal serving qty of restaurant. I know this as we keep ordering to same restaurant through phone delivery as well. I am feeling cheated.

Zomato with anjappar gave new combination of briyani "cold briyani" very bad experience. Delivered in 90 minutes which is over 30 minutes than expected time of delivery. I would rate zero if option available. No real-time order tracking. Customer support is good, that only will not help to satisfy hungry. I will not take any more order with Anjappar. And my order number is "33125522".

Worst service from Zomato. Have to wait hours to get the food delivered. Zomato service team still conveys to wait for couple of minutes to get your food delivered. One time I had the food ordered around 11 in the night, still not delivered after 2 hours and ended up cancelling it.

horrible.. just wastage of time n money.. u order veg food n get non veg delivered. try contacting customer care n get least support n solution. No action or help can b expected. Shameful team. Food panda is any day better.

This is nice to know that zomato cares for customer complain and trying to giving the wow experience. At last zomato response in behalf of its partner that sound good.. Thanks zomato team. One more thing if customer is getting the wow service chances are there not to give positive review but if they get bad service they always review it..

They said there's discount code and first time I ordered it didn't work. They said that's because I paid cash and not credit card (which they never said upfront). Second time I paid cash and it didn't work and they said that's because amount is less than aed 45. Third time I ordered and it didn't work and they are saying this code only for first order.

Worst app ever. They have the most mannerless operators and over that they cancelled our order without even informing us. We were waiting for dinner. And what use got was bonus points for dinner. Guys never download this app.

I've always had good experience with zomato, their support is way better than that of swiggy, when there is a delay in delivery they make sure that they follow up till the order is delivered. They could make the app look more attractive or presentable

Order was placed an hour before and not received order even after one and half hour. Requested to cancel the order but they told me that they can't cancel my order without restaurant's discretion. Pathetic service. Poor performance of zomato. Guys don't fall in their trap.

These guys take money in advance, don't deliver and don't refund the money either. You die of hunger and Zomato doesn't care.. is there a negative marking? I rate this as -1000; you can't do this if you have no accountability. You suck!!!

Restaurant delivered stale food giving foul smell. Despite of refunding the money Zomato said we have raised a serious concern but unable to proceaa refund. We pay for eatable food not for garbage !

Worst experiences from last 5 deliveries. SLOWESTdelivery because they don't have their own delivery guys like ubereats. I never go with online payment because zomato people cheat most of the times.

No payment option is working. App displaying error only on trying to to do the payment. Useless App, simply waste of time. Sell this app on OLX to get good money, its of no use for ordering food

They are making fool of cm. Waiting for my order since 2:30 hour but no info. Of that ask to cancel even not cancelling taken my money and not given food. Ask for call back not even respond over this and not made that for a long. Just making money from cm money and take advantage of there innocence.. made 3 order and faced same problem in every order. Pathetic service they are providing..fed up

I live in Kochi and don't know Malayalam. Can't call and explain addresses. Searched online for a couple of online ordering apps, none delivered where I live cause it's in the middle of nowhere. Thought I'd try this one since I already use zomato & voila! Food arrived within 50 minutes though the restaurant is a good 15 minutes away! Yum

I'm certainly not a fan of late deliveries which has certainly happened few times while I used zomato. That said I use zomato regularly and find their app layout and quality better than other food apps. They give good discounts and offers along with good delivery experience in general. Though must admit late delivery few times and resulting anger and frustration with Zomato. I like and use Zomato treats too. Free dessert is nice;:)

The night delivery is really cool and good in times of late night tummy crisis... Hats off to the creator. The support chat is also very helpful in times of any issues... The only issue are the restaurants, they mostly miss the time deadline and delay the order... Zomato tries to compensate for that but the mood gets spoiled. Anyway the app is terrific and i would recommend you to use it... .

I am happy with zomato the choice of restaurants which zomato has made are fooling people around as i ordered chicken shawarma from well known restaurant in mumbai named khaogali.. but what they gave was chicken roll wrapped in roti plus the money charged was too high as compared to the food quality a dhaba serves better quality food than then.. very very disappointed.. zomato not expectrd from u..

I love Zomato app. It's doing a fantastic job. It replies to customers query's quickly and not only that it promptly takes action for incomplete orders and make sure that the orders reach on time. But one thing I would suggest that it should introduce new deals or coupons for discount for it's old customers or for the customers who are using Zomato app frequently. Then it would get more better. Otherwise it's awesome.

I order food with zomato app. I stay in koramangala bengaluru and i even get food delivered by zomata at midnight or post midnight till 5am i can say it is good for me. There is cash on delivery option so it saves me from being cheated by restaurants that debit the card but dont deliver. Food prices listed here could be higher but then i compromise this since the food is delivered 24/7

The one time I faced a problem ordering from this app, I got a zomato credit. Otherwise the service has been flawless everytime. Good work team.. been using Zomato frequently for years, and I have no complaints. Apps will come and go, but true quality lingers on. Kudos to the Zomato team!

I thought Zomato worth 3 star.. Now I feel it doesn't worth even one. Continuously 3 consecutive orders are taken where none were accepted by restaurants and Zomato couldn't even reach out to the restaurants where I was able to reach em and get to know the status.. Prefer not to use Zomato if you value your money

If there is an option to give zero star I would have given that.. who will wait for more than 2 hours to get food and still the support people are saying to wait for some more time to get the food delivered!! Really worst service from zomato.. I have ordered so many times in foodpanda and didn't face any issues till now. This is the second time from zomato and this is the second time I ordered as well.. hereafter I won't use this worst app and their service and going to uninstall.
