Zomato - Restaurant Finder

Sad there isnt a minus 5 rating that I can submit.. totally unreliable service. Dont order from their app.. they have no clue about managing deliveries... They charge me upfront.. and dont even deliver.. and their app shows delivered.. only God knows who they delivered my food to. They dont have a support contact.. they just have a chat system that doesnt work most of the times. You are better off ordering from food panda or swiggy..

Last ordered food was delivered 3 hours late. Zomato support guy kept saying that they are trying to reach the restaurant but failing. But they didn't fail to contact the restaurant while having my order confirmed. While other apps provide compensations in form of cutting the order amount by half and stuff, zomato didn't do anything to rectify their error or make up for it.

Worst ever. Food ordered thru Zomato is sure to have some or the other issue. And three cheers for their chat team - bunch of nonsense. I will take it up seriously on social media. People need to know how rubbish they are. People must stop ordering thru them. Swiggy is much much much better!

Horrible Horrible service on New Years Eve. Placed and order and three hours later still did not recieve, but surprisingly my order is being shown as delivered. Who did it get delivered to? Was not intimated by zomato if my order was dispatched or cancelled. Paid via card and still no refund. When i try to get through to customer service the app suddenly "crashes". There is no option to cancel an order through the app nor is there an option to call the customer service through the app. The number for the restaurant isn't available either. When you promise something to a customer then live up to it. Ruined my New Year and I am never using zomato to order food ever again.

No customer support. Placed order it came after 60 mins and that also completely different like just starters. After complaining he assured for delivery in 45 mins. And even after that they stopped replying.

They do not bother to inform that your order is cancelled my restraunt. So if you are ordering late BEWARE you will not get your order. And No one responds on chat

Highly recommend to add a SAFETY RATING kinda thing in the app, it's need of the hour, and will be really helpful. Also, adding it food make business sense for you guys as it'll add to goodwill significantly now!

They can do as much publicity as they wish..but for me , it has been shittiest app and service who have messed up every order of mine in past without any corrective action whatsoever

I never received any food order on time. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice and user friendly. Though there seems to be an irritating bug because of which the "special instructions" of previous order starts getting applied to every other order going forward.

I had a old phone nexus5 , with your app installed, some unknown followers that your app showed are unkown to me, please do something as the male and female who ever they were stalking my younger sister who is in 2nd standard, calling her Devi Maa or something please do something.its like they are know to zomato.everyrhing else is just fine.

It's very amazing app because I am Foodie I know there are many many difficulties to find a place where you have the healthy and nutritious food .so I have no words to say it's just amazing????????????????

This app is really helpful when you are in a new place. Also segregates places according to your choices perfectly. 5 star is what i think it deserves.

I would have hated it zero start but there isn't Zero star . This app is making fool of people they take your money but will not deliver your order, They are having terrible partners & this app doesn't care for the customer

Worst app. First the delivery was late then packing was worse third food was cold and all of above when u try to reach zomato support they block u. Wow

I had high expectations but Zomato did not deliver. Bad service. Communication with restaurants is bad. Orders are rejected even when app says the food is on its way. Very disappointing.

No response on chat, after waiting for 2 hours order gets cancelled. No response from customer care on call. Wrong intimation on message about order being delivered in few minutes. My past experience with Zomato is a rotten Tomato.

Not able to use without logging in. Hence uninstalling

Simple: easy to use app, Enriched with information: very needy & helpful, Great service: timing of delivery, Good food: always got quality food, Response to Customer: very polite & satisfactory. Loved it! Recommended to all.

The delivery time taken by some near by restaurants is too much. Which is not needed, rest is okay.

Most recent update broke app. Every page is now blank, can't find restaurants nor order as everything is blank

Worst app not worth to trust...very unprofessional..I ordered food online and paid also after 2 hours ..I called zomato regarding my order status they easily replied your order cancelled and we have refunded the money... try to avoid use of this app..

They don't even care to inform if the food will be delivered or not. It's not worth it. It's a waste . It's highly UNRELIABLE.

They don't acknowledge at all in the chat room, it happens with me a couple of time that the restaurant called me and said that they can't deliver; however Zomato is not ready to cancel my order and refund my money...it is pathetic...I am telling you the real experience no joking... DON'T INSTALL THE APP AND IF YOU HAVE THE APP THEN DON'T ORDER FROM ZOMATO, REST IS YOUR WISH!!!

They r Constantly showing me ki access denied . You don't have permission to access zomato on this server. I really don't know what to do .~~~~~~Plz help me~~~~~~~

Chat support asks for screenshot upload but both zomato app do not support this, n developer team copy pastes all time same reply. The feedback is related to app, not specific order.

Restro will deliver only on selected days. No benefit
