Got the delivery on time. Pictures turned out great. Though they weren't exactly extremely HD, they turned out outstanding considering I paid 0 dollars and 0 cents! Keep up the good work!

I just downloaded this and am at the process of inserting my mobile no for the OTP but an error message appeared "An error occur, Please try again letter". This app does not work at all. Can admin please fix this?

Waited very long photos not printed. It just keep saying 5 days to process

No photo or flowing down the drain quality which is better?

This is one of the best app's I have ever seen. But I would have given 5 stars if the app didnt take so long to process and deliver. But overall, for a app like this, 4 stars is worth it

After the update, each time I selected a photo to print, the App crashed.

Pictures took about 2 weeks to arrive. Quality isn't too bad la! And the offers at the back of the photos are interesting

Totally free! But cannot be fussy about the quality. Photos looks lowres although I've uploaded hires ones. Guess it's for processing ease. There are some scratches and ink stains on the photos. Ordered on 23 June, but only received my photos on 21 June. Almost 1 mth. Credit is refreshing in few hrs. Gonna order again before they upgrade the app. I really had a look of all the ads printed at the back. It's a good idea and it works on the promotion side (at least on me).

signed up for an account and logged out afterwards but when i logged in, it says ' your password or email doesnt match ' when i clearly typed it correctly.Tried the forget password but still doesnt work so i created another account, logged out for a while and wanted to log in but still the same thing happened, I got my photos after like 3 to 4 weeks which is like 1 month, but you are saying the photos will reach around 7-8 days. Please kindly fix this problem, some people also encountered this problem.

The prints given looked great at first but after some time the colours start manipulating and the ink gets scratched.

Very sad its been 2 months i miss my free print due to the app saying need to update but theres no Update tab at all

I tried uploading those photos a few times and it keep prompting error. There is a no pick up option to choose from.

After reseting my password copy the password to the app can't even login, keep saying unable to login omfg fed up with this app

I made an order for 15 photos on 27 June 2016, and even till now today 24 July 2016, the photos has not even been delivered to me yet. Also I keep getting emails from SPARK Asia that they are progressing so will take longer to process the photos, but it's been so long since then and there are still no news of my photos coming at all. Uninstalling.

Still loading.. unable to login. Used to be 4 stars. Now 1 star also difficult to put.

App is definitely good and clever, photos seem to be good however prints could be easily scratched off and placed under some light exposure photos start to turn yellow and loses colour.

Cant even log into my account . Loading , loading , loading and still loading .

Been trying to open the app for days but app keeps crashing

App keeps crashing since the latest updates. Cant even send photos for printing. Pls fix it. Other than this, the app is good as photo quality is not bad (provided ur photo is clear), free printing & delivery and importantly can find out more about the various promotions businesses are having.

No more glitch with the photos chosen format. Fast and hassle free app. Thanks for sharing this app with us users! :)

Worked for me just last month but it's been down for the past 2 weeks. Please fix it asap! Nonetheless, I really enjoy this service. Superb quality of prints, plethora of good deals and prompt delivery too :)

I am satisfied with the prints received, but have been facing problems with the app. For some reasons, i cant proceed to my homepage and it sort of hangs at the introduction page of the buttons and stuff. Please fix this asap as i want to track my order.

I managed to sent in once, it's really a good app. The photo is good quality as well. Please fix the current problem, I couldn't even log in to my account now.

Unable to register at all. It keeps showing error or occurred. please try again "letter" useless app

I tried the app the first time and Emailed them feedback regarding the photo quality. Got a reply and tried it again. The photos improved but for some odd reason, I can't seem to login anymore

Awesome all that now I can print the photos and give to my love ones. However the apps seems to have some issue, not able to submit photos ): hope is working soon!

Portrait cropping was fine. Once I click "landscape" the entire photo is pushed downwards. Half of the grid is empty and I can't move the position of my photo to fit the grid

Like the concept and idea but unable to submit landscape photos :(

pretty good app but I got logged out of it and I can't log in, I've resetted and got the email for the new password 4 times already but they all said it didn't match

Catchy concept. Fresh yet close to heart. One thing to point out, if the app is able store the user's email address and leave the password field for the user to key in. If the app does not allow auto login. Rather troublesome to rekey both fields every single time after exiting from the app accidentally.

Thank you for the prints! The offers at the back are really good too, i'll definitely be using them when i get the chance:)

Now that i can sign up for it, there is a bug when i crop my photos. Sigh
