The ststem did not let me book my appointment.

Youp app will not work! I have downloaded it twice, re-entered a profile, it constantly tells me I either need to log in as some other # or I don't have a valid phone # but when I try to update the # it won't take it. When you call their 800 # to let them know so they can fix, their developer never calls back nor anyone behind the Voice Mail box they force you too + no way to write to them instead. I am a member too!! Need better app developer and IT Customer Service, please.
