Shame on you! Downloaded the app and only got a few free items. Saw "free trial" so I thought I'd give it a try and got charged for the month!!!

Nothing works. I have subscribed and unsubscribed but thought I'd try again recently and still nothing works. I've been paying for an app that cannot be used as none of the videos will play!

First thing you get when you open the app is an ad period Then you open the app click on the video and are told that you have to redeem a code or pay for it why is it advertised as free? Waste of time to download then figure out you have to pay for it.

Just downloaded the update. Now everything is in another language. When I try to go to the menu it closes the app. Really frustrated and my 2 year old is definitely not happy.

Can watch the free videos but can't watch one's I paid for. Also can't download videos on android device plus it kept crashing when going into settings. Would like my money back please

Why now it doesn't work? Because about 2 years ago I downloaded, it was really work. My boy really like it. But now what happen with it?

Great app until the recent update. We can no longer watch in English. I can't find an option to switch it back from all these other languages ????

Why all the answer are "please contact us at the email" Are we typing into an answering machine? Worst, baby tv team answering machine.

Not worth it at all to purchase. When can watch it free on you tube. Just a waste of money. At least pay for the app and the videos free. Each has to pay. ????

Just does the intro then goes blank. Have downloaded twice to see if there was an issue with the download. Unable to watch anything on it.

Paid user - Anyone knows How to view the videos offline? Not an user friendly app.

This app is just a waist time ' pay before use apps has a histories of being bad of worst .... You got something to hide other than robbing parents . I will never pay for this apps.

Just recently updated and very disappointed that it no longer in English. Had to reinstall new version again and on settings select language. All sorted now . Never had this option visible before .

Just installed but on opening it all I get is a grey screen not working at all. Such a shame.

I paid for the app and must of the time it says the video is unavailable, is frustrating when your 2yr old gets upset BC he cants watch the videos

Really...love to suggest to all children to watch this tv because there is no bad things in this channel evrything was just aimed to childre only

Since the last update my app is no longer in English. I will be unsubscribing as I am not paying for something that my son can't understand.

Paid subscription for ipad. But video hang when it is a bigger video even with excellent wifi. Would prefer a tv streaming kind of app like toggle.

Wont even load properly from the first introduction. Waste of time.

Almost everything has to be purchased. There is little in the free domain. Makes it pretty boring and uninteresting.

Crap. You can't download any of videos. You must use wifi or network. We need it for a flight.

Not dependable, keeps stopping and losing connection.

My son loves BabyTv at home, so I love having it available when we're on the go! Please please please make it available to watch offline on Android!!!

Tricky Tracks is a rip off of Thomas the Tank Engine.

Paid customer. The app can't cast (to Chromecast or anywhere else for that matter). And there's only 10 episodes of Oliver. But that's my son's favorite. There's more on YouTube, which is free! Many have bad quality there. And, worst of all is they didn't even bother to reply to my friendly email. What's that for lousy customer service? Unsubscribing to the paid version.

Nothing works. Amatuers. Test your apps thoroughly before releasing. Not impressed at all. Would have given 0 stars but it wouldn't let me rate it that low. This app is a real lemon. Don't even think about paying money for it. Stick with youtube.

Was excited about this app. Installed it and free stuff played fine. Paid subscription so I could download for off line viewing. Only to find you can't download on Android devices only on Apple ???? Big pity.

The app initially spoke to me in Arabic, hence i couldn't find any settings button to turn to English. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and got some English. But then again I tried playing some videos only to find out that they all have problems and they can't play. Last, when heating the contact and support button I am informed that the app stopped working. Hmmmm not much of a performance.

Initially had issues with the app but they have done an update and now it works flawlessly on my Note3. My daughter loves it. Would be great to have Chromecast support in the app hence 4stars (I have to mirror my screen and it can be very laggy).... offline content is not supported which is another reason for only 4 stars. Content wise you can view a few free videos etc but most of the videos need a paid for subscription, which when the app works is fine by me, its not as if they advertise in the app or it has annoying pop ups. They don't have all of the videos available for all the programs, for instance Oliver and The Post Train only have a handful of episodes. Please put more on there as I'm sure there are more (judging by the content on your Sky channel). I like the ability to add episodes to your favourites and create your own channel, however you can't add a series to your favourites, you also have to go through a random 'Edit Mode' to do it rather than from the listing.. a simple press and hold would be a better solution. On the whole now it works I'm happy with the app but a few tweaks here and there and it would be awesome!

This app is a joke! Doesn't work, keeps crashing, and can't download anything to use it without WiFi in the plane! The customer service is incompetent and I unsubscribed 3 days after I subscribed! Such a shame...

This app is constantly malfunctioning on the free version. I would never pay for it. I wish my baby boy didn't lije Charlie and the Numbers so much or I would disable the app.
