प्रधान मंत्री मुद्रा योजना IN ODIYA

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अपने वादे के मुताबिक 8 अप्रैल 2015 को 20 हजार करोड़ रुपए के कॉर्पस फंड और 3,000 करोड़ रुपए के क्रेडिट गारंटी कॉर्पस के साथ माइक्रो यूनिट्स डेवलपमेंट एंड रिफाइनेंस एजेंसी लिमिटेड (मुद्रा) बैंक का उद्घाटन किया। वित्तमंत्री अरुण जेटली ने 2015-16 के बजट भाषण में इसकी घोषणा की थी, जिसे धरातल पर उतारा गया है।

Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana(Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency) is a scheme of the Government of India . The purpose of this scheme is to provide sufficient funds for micro units . for small businesses its not easy to avail loans from bank, to overcome all this type of issue its a financial initiative by Prime Minister.

मुद्रा बैंक के प्रमुख उद्देश्य इस प्रकार हैः
1. सूक्ष्म वित्त के ऋणदाता और कर्जगृहिता का नियमन और सूक्ष्म वित्त प्रणाली में नियमन और समावेशी भागीदारी को सुनिश्चित करते हुए उसे स्थायित्व प्रदान करना।
2. सूक्ष्म वित्त संस्थाओं (एमएफआई) और छोटे व्यापारियों, रिटेलर्स, स्वसहायता समूहों और व्यक्तियों को उधार देने वाली एजेंसियों को वित्त एवं उधार गतिविधियों में सहयोग देना।
3. सभी एमएफआई को रजिस्टर करना और पहली बार प्रदर्शन के स्तर (परफॉर्मंस रेटिंग) और अधिमान्यता की प्रणाली शुरू करना। इससे कर्ज लेने से पहले आकलन और उस एमएफआई तक पहुंचने में मदद मिलेगी, जो उनकी जरूरतों को पूरी करते हो और जिसका पुराना रिकॉर्ड सबसे ज्यादा संतोषजनक है। इससे एमएफआई में प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता बढ़ेगी। इसका फायदा कर्ज लेने वालों को मिलेगा।
4. कर्ज लेने वालों को ढांचागत दिशानिर्देश उपलब्ध कराना, जिन पर अमल करते हुए व्यापार में नाकामी से बचा जा सके या समय पर उचित कदम उठाए जा सके। डिफॉल्ट के केस में बकाया पैसे की वसूली के लिए किस स्वीकार्य प्रक्रिया या दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करना है, उसे बनाने में मुद्रा मदद करेगा।
5. मानकीकृत नियम-पत्र तैयार करना, जो भविष्य में सूक्ष्म व्यवसाय की रीढ़ बनेगा।
6. सूक्ष्य व्यवसायों को दिए जाने वाले कर्ज के लिए गारंटी देने के लिए क्रेडिट गारंटी स्कीम बनाएगा।
7. वितरित की गई पूंजी की निगरानी, कर्ज लेने और देने की प्रक्रिया में मदद के लिए उचित तकनीक मुहैया कराएगा।
8. छोटे और सूक्ष्म व्यवसायों को प्रभावी ढंग से छोटे कर्ज मुहैया कराने की प्रभावी प्रणाली विकसित करने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना के तहत उपयुक्त ढांचा तैयार करना।

Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency (MUDRA) is a financial initiative by PM Narendra Modi, crated in order to facilitate the micro units and provide them sufficient funds in order to develop. Small businesses are often unable to avail loans from banks because of lack of collateral and insufficient funds to pay off the interest. There are almost 577 crore small businesses currently functioning in India. According to the PM, helping these businesses grow would in turn lead to the development of the Indian economy. Hence, this scheme was launched. MUDRA is still not a fully fledged bank and is in its initial stages.
