App only works if you have a signal so if your Cafe is in say the basement of your building where there is no signal, the app is useless so you can't get your discount punches.

Upgraded my phone and now I can't sign in. I request to reset my password and it won't send me an email to reset password. Sent email to cafe manager regarding issue 3 weeks ago and to this date, no update
