Layout is a little strange and hard to just read straight through

Only idiots think its about knowing the enemy weaknesses. It about exploitation by prediction or forcing their hand to an advantage thats yours. Like all foreign books much is lost in translation. You must know the culture and language to truly appreciate the teachings. If its that bad why are the stratergies still used after a thousand years. Oriental culture has a lot to teach us if only we would listen.

At its best, the app is for reviewing and recalling items from the full book. [Edited] Neat! 5 stars now that I can send it to my SD card.

Principles to follow in time of unease.

App is what it claimed to be, and to the guy saying something about how other strategists wouldn't write like this remember: it's translated into English, and also many of the great strategists followed this book. Not knowing about this book then making fun of the translation of it does a very good job of making you look ill informed.

Helps out my rotc unit in college

I rate it 5 stars because I love the book, but it does not include the introduction. The intro has several pertinent albeit covert jewels/principles.

Can be tedious for readers who don't naturally delight in warfare or strategy. Very informative, though, and a classic. Neat format.

This has become my second favorite ebooks, first is the Bible, in my collection. I like to read this because of tactical ideas that The Art Of War explores.

If you want to write your own ideas as old wise ones, get the spelling & grammer right at least- the entire work can be summed up in one word: EXPLOITATION - use the enemy's weakness as your attack point - lame & common sense, but that is only my opinion... (Just think what Alexander the Great, Gengas Khan, & other leaders would use in battle- they would not write goodness such as this.) A good day to you, May your seas stay calm & a steady wind fill your sails

This book is good for scholars of Philosophy or "The Love For Wisdom." Since this book is wisdom itself. Read, and it will change your life.

What's not to like about ancient wisdom that can be applied to anyones life.
