Palliativ 2016

Inriktningen på den 4:e Nationella konferensen är Palliativ vård i brytningstid. Vi hoppas att du på konferensen ska känna att du både får lära dig något nytt och får möjlighet att dela med dig av dina erfarenheter. Programmet är riktat till alla som arbetar i den palliativa vården oavsett vårdform, vårdnivå eller diagnoser. Vi ser fram emot aktiv kommunikation mellan sessionsledare och deltagare och hoppas på en interaktiv konferens. The focus of the 4th National Conference is Palliative Care in transition. We hope that the conference should feel that you both get to learn something new and get the opportunity to share your experiences. The program is aimed at anyone working in palliative care regardless of the form of care, care level or diagnoses. We look forward to active communication between session leaders and participants and hope for an interactive conference.
