Remote Control

This app force closes Everytime I open it.

Only a couple of shortcomings: I don't see all device options in this app, for some settings, e.g. wallpapers, I need to go to my kids device. Also, the last entry in "device" is in Russian, and I painfully learned that this unregisters the device :(

Great parental control app!! Love that I can remote in:-) I would have given 5 stars but my daughter uses Text Plus and it is not an app that it allows me to put on for her to use:-( If you can resolve this will give 5 stars:-)

I can't believe all the features you get for free with this app. So far, no problems at all. I have complete control over what apps can be accessed and the gps tracker is spot on.

This app has a wonderful interface, but the the only function that I am interested in is timer for apps. I have set 3 hours timer, but it doesn't work, lock screen is displayed just after setting timer, timer does not works..please help

This app is absolutely necessary for remote access to my son's tablet...great idea, works really well!!

As a stand alone, adjusting everything from the kids tablet app, it does well. Don't expect the remote control to work flawlessly though, very buggy and gets out of sync easily (i have galaxy phone and tablets). Have to uninstall and reinstall to get things working again. Also, some apps installed on the tablet don't show in the app list within app. Please fix this soon, and your app will be the best on the market!

This used to be great. However, after a new phone, I was trying to set it up with my son's tablet and it crashed every time I tried to open it. What's worse is the app it works with does NOT allow you to uninstall without a factory reset. Very disappointing. Don't bother.

I can't sign in and when I try to create a new sign in it says a account already exists If I could sign in to se how it works I could give it a better rating

The remote lock function works only sometimes. It's an excellent app though, well worth the money

please help! i cant get it off my sons tablet and it is not allowing me to do anything on it. its basically trash at this point. could someone please help! the tablet is for christmas!

I paid for a monthly subscription and my daughter went on holiday. So now i checked on my remote app it showed the app expired but i paid for a month. Please please help?

How can I use it if it won't let me sign in? It says sign in with google account but nothing happens. No keyboard comes up & I can' t sign in. All it says is add new account. Can someone please help me?

Can't put remote control app into an iPhone so really only useful if you have an android phone and tablet. Pity as the tablet app works well for my son, just no way I'm buying an android phone to use the remote control feature

Some teething problems moving from free to paid app. I think it sorted itself out.

This is one of the best apps I have found for putting my 7 year old in the sandbox and controlling it remotely. You can easily move apps in and out of childs access and change their settings.

I paid for the premium version of the other application so I could use this app and I can't log in. On the sign in page, my email address isn't listed and I can't seem to add it because the Google account is already associated with my phone.

After an about a week the app ceased to function correctly. Attempted to contact customer support weeks ago and have yet to receive a reply. Do not trust this app to function unless you also have physical access to the controlled device.

My 8 year old is kind of a techie so this won't work for much longer but so far any "hacking" attempts have been foiled, great program easy to use.

An easy way to control how much and when your kid can play with his/her phone or tablet.

Disappointed that even the trial period is not free but hv to subscribe to service plan to initiate free 7 days trial :(( Why would I pay for sthg that I've not tried yet?

Wish I had control over volume settings on child's device from remote. Also, I would like to be able to limit specific app time not just the category. Another suggestion might be, the ability to stop all activity remotely. Finally, I would also like the option to give bonuses or rewards of maybe ten minute increments for games and such for doing homework, cleaning room, etc. Overall, I am impressed with the app though!

Can't believe that I can control everything.. my favorite thing is that no matter where my child's phone is I can find it using my phone you just have to make sure you download the child version on there phone and the controls on the parents phone and set up the email info correctly and you can see and control everything your child does from your phone its amazing!

Awesome idea for a parental control strategy. It's supposed to enable you to remotely control your kids phones to limits app access,set time limits for the whole phone or by app category. Lock the phone remotely, track kid gps... Great concept. Unfortunately it doesn't work well. The kids phones would randomly exit from the app rendering it useless. Oh well...
