Just browse to any media (photo or video) in tumblr app, and then tap share, select Tumbload app from the list of apps. Tumbload will now load the media and you can easily download it to your phone and watch it offline.

Downloading isn't terribly difficult, once you find the tumbload download button in Tumblr, but where on Earth does it download it to? It doesn't seem to go to your gallery's download folder for easy finding... You seem to have to continually go back to the Tumblr video and tap download again. To bring up the page where it shows you that it downloaded and completed. That's a neusence. Also, it gives you an option to change the downloaded video name, like to something more recognizable, but since you don't know where to go to fetch the download, renamed video... What difference does it make that you changed the name. It won't open then anyway from that screen. You have to swipe right to go back to Tumblr video page again and again and redownload it. Not that great of an app, I'm afraid. Gee whiz.
