But that is all it does well. You can't view a list of pending work orders. You can't view scheduled move outs, ins, receivables or pretty much any useful function. Why is this app here?

Several of my team members plus myself can't even log in. It says password doesnt match even though we have no problem on a computer. We contacted the help desk and they say the app needs improving. That's for sure! That was a year ago.

I'm maintenance for an apartment complex and this app is very useful (when it works). But the problem is I can never use it. Every time I try to search a unit or name it instantly crashes. I will give this app a 5 star rating when it gets fixed. Please fix it. I'm using a Motorola Droid Turbo.

And when I could, the app would never work. Their mobile site is much better.

Wish I was able to do more tasks, but for now it's pretty good.

It would be nice to have this app on my tablet allowing me to do walkthroughs, inspections, etc.

Works well if I could login and not have to reinstall it over and over just to get it to work.

Had to un install and install new version. Back to working well. Need to eliminate past tenants on unit screen. Hard to tel who is current as they are alphabetically shown. 6/26/15 app stopped running. Uninstalled and reinstalled now I can not log in. VERY FRUSTRATING!! :(

The last few times I tried to use this app it shut down on me the first time I hit search. In addition there are not enough useful take that can be accomplished. So far a waste of more space

Would rather see a list of the properties, instead of having to search for each one individually.

Crashes all the time! Appfolio refund my $1K in "setup" costs, etc. and please let me go back to Buildium.

New customer on the first task of a simple photo upload the app constantly crashes...not cool appfolio

On my samsung note 4 it crashes every time I type in a resident in the search bar. I uninstall and reinstall and I can use it once then it crashes again

this will be a great app but it continues to crash and i can't get any work done. please fix this

I've never had a major issue and this is the best software I have ever used.

I don't hate it, I just can't use it. My credentials work fine on my computer, but they don't register as correct on the app. Was really looking forward to using a mobile friendly app.

This app doesn't do anything

I liked to old app better could do my I inspection and up load to tenants account.

It will work for a couple days and then will constantly crash until I reinstall. Have went in this circle many many times...... not impressed

Have to have a specific address or client to search for. There REALLY needs to be a dashboard.

This is a joke of an app.

Can't do mobile inspections, and the app keeps crashing or failing to log in. The only reason I have it is to do those inspections and get tenant info. Overall complete garbage, but if they fix the issues it has potential.

The app is basic and is stripped of any features other than key word search. It would be nice to be able to view open work orders, scheduled move outs, move ins, lates, etc... Or any search by predefined criteria.

The whole thing is just laid out wrong. With no update in site its pretty depressing.

I create a work order but I cannot email it to the vendor. Also, I cannot see tenant ledgers. This app is constantly crashing! One of my property supervisors just uninstalled the app because he finds it useless. Fix the issues or your rating will keep going down and that's not good for business.

I have had to reinstall a couple of time to get the app to stop crashing. I love that I can remotely create a work order but then I can't send it to the vendor! Also, needs more edit options available - or at least, a button that takes you to the mobile site until the app has those features!

This is a pathetic excuse for a mobile productivity app! It my manager didn't use appfolio.....I never in a million years would! Its truly a second rate platform with much better alternatives!!!

When was the last time this was updated? There are many good features in this app but it needs many more. For instance you can only create a work order, that's it. What good is a work order if you can't send it to the vendor? App also need to have a user selected timeout for logins. If my screen goes blank I get logged out. If I get a phone call I get logged out. All the while anything I'm looking at or working on gets lost. Please update soon.

I have had no issues with this app. Works well. Wish I could email a work order from my phone though. Then... five stars.

Lacks ability to make you fully mobile. Crashes often and requires reinstall.

Which is 2% of the time. Dont know what is going on with this app, search for something it goes to a black screen and then gives an error message.
