Priority Matrix

I'm super frustrated with this app. It worked great for a day or two then just started freezing every time I opened it. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it's doing the same thing after only a few minutes being reinstalled the second time. I really want to use the app. The premise is just what I need but it's just not cooperating.

It would have been perfect if the widget could show the matrix WITHOUT the need for the internet. Why does it have to require net connectivity just for the widget to list down the task priorities??? There should be an offline option. So hassle...

Priority matrix is the only reason I can get things done! I've tried other apps and their platforms are not as organized as the matrix format. I can easily move tasks from one box to another and add as many assignments as I want. They have backups so I can't lose anything and it even syncs to my desktop!

It is a pretty dumb down version of this type of thingperiod but worst of all is they keep making you sign in. And it won't let you save the password. This is obnoxious, and totally unnecessary. I'm uninstalling this stupid program.

Flexible and useful. If you have a lot of to do's in your head, this app helps me prioritize and get things done. I uuse it for daily tasks and also for weekly, month goals or milestones..

A long time user who recently uninstalled it due to sync issues, log in and restart issues... you name it. The concept is great but it's just poorly executed and really not getting any better.

Sync functionality is nonfunctional. App sends me notifications for tasks I've already marked as complete. It works, but there are far better options out there.

DO NOT INSTALL - WARNING - SPAMBOT - Extremely intrusive of your privacy. By installing you grant developers a irrevocable world wide license to use your name and data in association with their product. I wrote to them no answer. Not to be trusted.

Last updated over a Year ago, Priority Matrix tells the tale of an app's fate when there is no monetization involved. Had potentials.

It would be great if it didn't crash every time I opened a project.

This app has many useful applications. With a bit of imagination and use one finds many uses for it.

Used to be great. Then they did an update where you can no longer sign in with your Linkedin profile. I've lost all my projects. If you want to be disappointed and held hostage to the whims of their programmers, go ahead. As for me, its back to an analog system.

There should be a less expensive option for individual users. I don't want to use this for a team, I just want to use it for tracking my own work. I am willing to pay but fees and Licensing are prohibitive. Product team, you can do SaaS better.

Good format but implementation needs work. Adding notes and tapping on a task is just fiddly.

I used to love this app. Now it crashes over and over. It literally is so unstable it can't be open for more than a couple of seconds before it crashes.

App signs out frequently and often fails to sync correctly. Both problems are also present on iOS.

All tasks disappeared one day and it showed old tasks of weeks ago. Uninstalled. Retried it and bugs seems to have been fixed by now. Will see.

Really enjoy working with this app, looking forward to seeing more refinement to the usability but overall great tool for managing multiple projects. Wish it had a monthly billing option though.

Have been using this program for awhile now on my PC. While the guts of the program is good, the user interface really needs an update. Guys it hasn't really changed for 3 years!!

Suggestion- Items in widgets should be arranged according their priority and not according to their completion time required....please make this changes. There should be option in setting for arranging items in widget.

I love this app. It's so easy and efficient. Bare bones and exactly what we need. Very user friendly.

Everything I could ask for. UI is simple and not overly complicated like other apps in the market today.

Exactly what i wanted

PM is one of the best pieces of software I know. However, on my Samsung Galaxy 3 running Android 4.1.1 it crashes a lot. I know I am running a vintage OS on a vintage phone but this has been the case consistently for the more than one year I have been using PM. I can live with it though because I have figured out what makes it crash and it is such a great tool that it is worth the occasional annoyance.

I love the interface, the structure and functions. I thought I'd finally found the app I was looking for but even before I could copy all of the stuff. I hve on another todo it starts to crash on me. Over and over again. No amount of restarting phone, app or reinstalling it seems to help. I have a Samsung galaxy a5.

Getting more and more done than ever before. I have scrapped The To Do List and switched to the quadrant / Matrix!

Would get 5 stars with a more up to date look but functionally works well for what I need it to do.

I'll update this after trying it. but feature wise it looks the best.

Brilliant! The more people use it, the more productive we get, the more holidays we all take.
