Just downloaded app, can't create an account and websites down for support, can't use this at all going on a fishing trip and can't use it....

The device itself was very good with the old version of the app , but now this app is crash

Fix this app. Used to love this app and the fishhunter device now i have to fight with it, get wrong readings on water depth. Ice fishing mode wont see past the ice. Might go out and get a deeper.

Wow who's the genius that tested this? It's crashing. Can't use my FH now. Galaxy s5 6.0.1

This has got to be verging a class-action lawsuit! The application updates have turned our fish finders into bobbers, you've stolen nearly $200 from me and thousands upon thousands of your customers, it's been several months since I've been able to use it and I have accepted FishHunter does not care.

Wanting to purchase this product. Yet all the negative reviews and no support replies or updates to correct it. What are you gonna do for your customers lowrance?

Most phones wouldn't let you set under 33 feet of water. Ice fishing in 15 feet of water causes so much noise you spend 20 minutes trying to adjust it. Had several fish tugging on the bait before they even showed up. Would rather have standard vexilar coloring.

Guys you need to fix it the app.. Old app was way better. Now it's taken to connect and things to apper on screen.. and it's keeps getting disconnected

How could a company like Lowrance screw this up so bad, the product was great prior but now it won't even launch and crashes all the time. You did.NOT fix it YET,! gonna buy a vexilar now!!! Very disappointed.

Before I even bought the fish hunter, i downloaded the app. Could not even enter my information via e-mail. If their product is like this app, forget investing my money on junk. Going to buy Deeper now.

Well..lowrance... got any plans to do anything with this? what is in stock for the fish hunter? Maybe the team@ lowrance will get rid of this whole social aspect to the app and focus on a good program for using my fish hunter.

Too slow and has to be restarted frequently.

Works great for what it is and the price.

Keep losing connection to the fish hunter. I have it out at around 15 to 20 feet. Works ok for awhile but after 20mins it disconnects. I doubt any one from the product will contact me back.

would not let me put my name as my user name try so many other name n it still wouldnt let me sign up

Good for places where you can't see the fish, so you can see that there's any fish before finding that out 30 mins later.

Buggy app, but the device itself is nice.

Works great on my S7 Edge. My phone runs out of battery before the 3D does. Have only had one dropped connection ice fishing, been out for 6 days with it. It does NOT need Internet access to use device, only for catch function. Do that when you get home. Can't wait to use this summer.

New updates leave raw data in ice fishing mode choppy and lagging. On android device I'm running old version.

Everything is there except a vertical flasher option or amplitude instead of circular

Excellent, timely customer service! This product works well for me, as a kayak Fisher.

Great product and support, helpful and friendly. No problems staying connected through the day and works great from shore and boat. I wish the raw view was available in all the modes for those areas with interesting bottom obstacles.

i kept losing connection with my Samsung tablet. maybe it was operator error but it didn't appear user friendly for me. i love the concept but i'll be sending this back.

App and unit had a hard time connecitng. Cartoonish feel to display.

Good product

App is a little confusing, but it gets the job done. I have found some interesting drop offs in the local pond / lakes. Some app improvement suggestions: - Remember I've connected to a fishunter sonar before, so it doesn't ask me "do you want to buy a fish hunter sonar?" everytime. - Start on the sonar screen, not the 'here are all the fish pictures from everybody in the eastern US' screen. - Remember my settings. I'm always turning fish sensitivity down and surface clutter from 2 to 4 feet. Minor nitpicks. It's not perfect, but it works. The minimum water depth is 4 feet. It never reads 3 feet, just goes to 0.

Great device when the app loads. The app will seldom load on the water.

I see I am not the only one having this issue. It doesn't work for 6.0 so now I have an expensive bobber I can't even use. Please respond

I'd really like to use your app, being that I received the military version for Christmas but it won't download the app to the tablet. My only thought is that the app isn't updated to be used on Android 6.0 yet?? Please help I'd love to use my new gear! Thanks!

Seems to work ok on my tablet, but the problem is this app REQUIRES an internet connection to work, which is absolutely ridiculous. Want to take your fish hunter to a remote location? Forget about it.

Constantly crashes when attempting to install on my Android 6.0 tablet!!

Says it runs to 133ft but simply doesn't even show bottom at 117ft. It's not capable in deep water. Doesn't show me a thing. Turned it of within a half an hour and stopped bringing it out. It sits on a shelf now. Wish I could return it but my wife bought it and I don't want to upset her. I'll give it a shot in the summer but If it doesn't work sitting still I doubt it will do much towed behind a boat. Time to buy a real fish finder I guess. Sucks cuz I was really excited to try it. 133ft fish hunter? C'MON

Im hoping to see a version specifically for the sonar owners , the current app is bulky. I think it would better if you had a lighter version just for the sonar, the social aspect is cool but I'll never use it. Is it possible to make a light version without all the social media content? but more importantly a separate app for the fishhunter diectional 3d sonar?

I utilized the fish hunter 2 days ago. I was ice fishing with it being 24 degrees outside and I wanted to locate schools of kokanee salmon. I placed the sonar in the drilled hole connected my Bluetooth on my galaxy S5 and the device synced very quickly. What didn't work was that the Bluetooth connection kept freezing. The app had to be restarted everytime I wanted my fish finder to work. With only 5 seconds to view fish movements at a time, I gave up on it and returned the device. Needs work on the software
