Derechos PR

· DERECHOS PR es una "app" creada por Derechos PR Apps, LLC con el objetivo de educar sobre los derechos que nos cobijan en situaciones de la vida diaria, y, a su vez, servir de enlace entre la ciudadanía y el sistema de justicia.

· MISIÓN: Derechos PR Apps, LLC tiene como misión cumplir con los siguientes 3 principios a través de su aplicación móvil DERECHOS PR:

o 1. Aumentar el ACCESO A LA EDUCACIÓN:
§ Ofreciendo información legal, jurídica y sobre los derechos fundamentales.
§ Brindando información que ayuda a aumentar el acceso de jóvenes a las universidades entre otras instituciones de educación superior.

o 2. EMPODERAR a la ciudadanía del conocimiento de sus derechos y los medios para hacerlos valer efectivamente, incluso por derecho propio.

o 3. Lograr mayor ACCESO A LA JUSTICA de los sectores desprotegidos del País y, en casos más complejos, servir de enlace entre la ciudadanía y el sistema de justicia.

· VISIÓN: En Derechos PR Apps, LLC aspiramos a lograr que todos/as los/as ciudadanos/as de Puerto Rico se eduquen sobre sus derechos fundamentales, para que puedan ejercerlos efectivamente y logren a su vez obtener mayor acceso a la justicia.Esta visión se logra al democratizar el acceso a la información sobre los derechos que protegen a la ciudadanía y al proveer asistencia legal por abogados/as competentes y comprometidos/as en beneficio de los sectores desfavorecidos en Puerto Rico.

· La aplicación móvil DERECHOS PR contiene información legal para educar a todo público. En específico encontrará iconos interesantes tanto para Estudiantes, Abogad@s y Toda Persona que quiera aprender sobre sus derechos.

· VISION: In PR Rights Apps, LLC aim to ensure that all / as the / as citizens / as in Puerto Rico are educated about their fundamental rights, so they can effectively exercise and achieve in turn gain greater access to justicia.Esta vision is achieved by democratizing access to information about the rights that protect citizens and provide legal assistance by lawyers / competent and committed as / as to benefit the disadvantaged in Puerto Rico.
