London Tube And Bus

Dates show a month out. E.g. I searched for 11 Feb 2013 and the screen showed 11/1/13. It is always a month out. Station search finds my station but then shows a different station in the results. Unreliable data means I can't trust the suggested route - will uninstall

This app works good, except for the date when planning a trip. It is never right. Always days behind. I have uninstalled & reinstalled, but to no avail. Please fix. This is a great app would not want to have to delete.

As others have reported, the journey planner function just does not work at all, returning 'Parsing Error' then nothing! It would be a great app if only you could plan a journey, the other functions are really useful but limited on their own

Used to have bus countdown but push adverts meant my mobile virus protector vetoed it. Found this and it is even better than last app. .....can't rate this high enough. Would get 5☆but perfection does not exist.

Amazing app. My journeys have never been more efficient. The 'favourites' screen . A particularly good feature. I us t a app every day. Highly recommended. Thanks

This is a great App. It's timings are near perfect. I have only one complaint and that is I would like to be able to buy it without any advertising.

I have used a couple of live bus apps some you need to pay for and some stop working properly after a while. This app is great because you can either type in a bus route number to look up a specific bus stop or the app will find the nearest bua stops to you. Highly recommend app.

Very good app happy with this app. When I am on a bus I like to know approx what time I would reach my destination but this app doesn't give full bus stops list it cuts off in middle of the route.

First time I used it and went to route planner, entered postcode and it crashes. Tried 4 times and keeps happening. Useless app.

1. Tube Map (Offline) and 2. Oyster balance position. 3. Add more Tube Stations and Bus Stops with Auto-update. It will then be the best of all such apos.

Doesn't work. Had GPS location active. Still nothing. Doesn't include overground stations but displays service status

Really good on most aspects but the journey planner is so incompetent it becomes a joke. It takes the most roundabout, nonsensical routes possible which could double or even triple journey time.

Works once, then I have to force stop it to use it again. Hangs of you look at a different bus stop later in the day.

I was able to time my journey down to the minute! Can be annoying when TfL take a train out of service - it still shows as due but without a destination. Too many button presses if multiple lines serve a stop - is it possible to list just e/b or w/b and highlight background to reflect line? Is it possible to list more than 3 trains in either direction?

The best app for finding bus and tube info.

Would be a really great app if you could plan a journey. But it comes back with a parsing error therefore dosnt work.

Got some issues with the tube section of the app. When you try and set the arrival date for e.g. 31st of Dec 2016. It doesn't work.

Journey planner only responding with 'parsing error' whatever that is. Please fix for 5 stars. Great app by the way

I've had this app for a few years now and it's been brilliant but since I updated it the journey planner doesn't work at all, I keep getting an error message all the time and when I check to see when the bus is coming it jumps from 6mins to due in 30secs, but now more than often when I check to see where the bus is on the route checklist its empty no times and no stop names I have to literally close the app and wait 5-10mins for it to work properly again, a few friends are having the same issues as I am

Lack of support on this app for new versions of Android or maybe lack of support for possible updated api from TFL. Whatever it is, this app used to work in 2012/13 but refuses to work on my kit Kat and lollipop phones!!!! Journey planner gives parsing error every time! Used to be my most used app

There is no London Overground on it which is all part of Tfl. The Journey Planner doesn’t work (always has a parsing error) and even if it did only has a departure time not an arrival time option. I use TfL's own website for this. Set up is easy though and I save particular bus stops as favourites which make it easy to use.

This gives you what you expect with a timetable app. It served its purpose well. The main issues are that it's slow, very slow... Also, a few options have broken. Recommended if you have little space on your phone for applications.

I have pointed out before that the weekend Tube status is now dysfunctional plus needs TfL rail and new Overground services adding.

This one is so good i have to say something about it. I soon uninstalled my previous bus and tube apps once i used this. Easy to use. Easy to see. Customisable. Use this one. Great app. Now been using for two years. Still brilliant.

Just downloaded but every time I try to plan a journey I get "Parsing Error" on searching routes ? Nexus 7, android 5.0.2

Searching for routes gave "parsing error" result each time. Keeps crashing. its a shame because the ui is great.

Tried journey planner inserting departure post code and destination station and got parsing error. Then tried to put different things for departure including address and station but would not register. Using Android

I've had this app for about a week now. Am using it several times daily and only once has it let me down. It's not rocket science to be able to understand. Therefore, i would definitely recommend this extremely handy app to anyone. (Samsung Galaxy S4).

Update: journey planner always returns "parsing error", so currently useless for that task. However Next Bus and Next Tube is usefull. ...... Well designed, intuitive app. Easy route planning with direct link with live tfl data. Very occasionally gets confused about actual location! But not a serious issue. Recommended.

A good app which is similar to the TfL one. Only let down is sometimes it does not update the tube status. Overall very good.

Just enter the bus stop no which u find next to time table in bus stop. U will get wht time u get next bus. Or ur post code still get same. Work with underground too. Very useful whn u know all functions.

I'm so upset with ur app everything you try says parsing error...If it can't cope with simple route finders postcode to postcode n my location...what's the point or this stupid app...

As with all London transport apps this doesnt work properly either. Does anyone know of one where the journey planner actually works?

When it is fully up and running there are very little problems. However, a recurring issue is when I launch the app at around 07:00-07:20. My phone turns on at 06:45 so it will have been on for at least 15 minutes before I launch the app, but when I do and then go to "Favorites", the app crashes once I select a stop and the process is repeated about three or four times before I don't have the issue. Please fix because this app is essential to my daily routine

Need to review the tube line database. Barkingside station in zone 4 not in zone 5. No need for tube line selection for a single line station. In overall good apps.
