Reservations: Make a reservation for a future trip. Send it to your preferred driver or all drivers. Our system monitors the request, reminds them that you have a request, sends request to more drivers if necessary. After the request is accepted, we monitor the reservation and make sure the driver shows up on time.
History: Review your previous trips. See all of the trip details like the date and time, the pickup and drop off location, and how much you paid including your tip.

I like that there are multiple drivers to choose from, however, if the app says a driver's ETA is five minutes, then that should be correct. Three times now I've ordered a car that was supposed to be five to seven minutes away, and have ended up waiting over twenty minutes instead. And then I look at the map and see that the car is starting from halfway across town. Please update this...

I use Cab Hound a lot but I wanted to update my review. I use Cab Hound when I am going to the airport and Fridays and Saturdays. The new features are really working well for me. I have a 3 drivers in CLT saved to my profile. Definitely use Kamal but all of them are reliable and responsive. The app works well and I would recommend it.

Smooth and working app, I would like to see them add a mapping option where your cab is located in real time. Currently you can only see where they are located when you place the order. Also it seems you always need to add around 8-10 min to the eta.

I use Cab Hound in Brooklyn all of the time. Lots of drivers are available in Brooklyn. It's easy to use and drivers come quickly. I recommend it.

Five star taxi service .I usually have a good driver n smooth ride to work which is early morning 5:30 -5:45 am .but today 9/30/14 was the worst the driver was driving so slow n dragging mind u its no traffic or very little cars on the road.I asked him politely if he can pick up the pace .he went off on me cursing and using profanity n racial slurs the whole ride to ocean n Glenwood from ocean and woodruff was pure arguing .then I was so irate n upset I didn't realize I left my keys called the base back n the driver claims its nothing there but I know I left them in his car i went from his car to my job I left them in his car but because he was is a nasty man n disrespectful man He won't return them . Five star I do enjoy ur service but u must teach or train or drivers to respect your customers and to learn how to deal with the public properly .
