I am 1 of d very 1st customer of this company. I trusted des guys and started using d service. They promised to provide us water within 30mins and d bottle would be clean but hardly got d service. Neither d bottles are clean nor d water is delivered within 30mins. The new app raised d price by Rs.5 and d delivery time to 1hr. Every time I order it takes around 3-4hrs to deliver. They promised me at the beginning if the bottle is not delivered within an hr. The bottle will be free. Where are the promises?

I have ordered bislery bottle through quakart. They took the order and didn't deliver the water bottle at promised. When i checked the status through app. It was showing that the water bottle is delivered. Which is very unprofessional and against customee satisfaction
