All the comments were negative, so I didn't think it would work. I was wrong, it works great on my lg android phone.

This just loads a blank screen when clicking on my account and outages.Get your developers to fix this. Pointless app.

App locks up and requires a manual kill. Why do companies throw something up and expect it to suffice as a mobile app if it doesn't even work?

We lost our power early during Frankenstorm and I reported the outage with the android app. Novec responded quickly with an email and the report showed up on the outage map. I checked a couple of times for the status and they fixed the outage within two hours....during the storm. Great Job!
