So you're at the grocery store. Or a bar. Or a wedding....whatever.

You have a certain amount to spend, and you want to know which purchase gives you the best value, the most beer (or wine, or spirit) for the buck...alcoholically speaking of course.

But it isn't easy to tell...the factors (price, abv, and liquid volume) are not easily compared in such a way that the best bargain is readily apparent.

Until now. The Beer for the Buck calculator takes those three factors, and returns a single, comparable score. The score represents the amount of the pure alcohol you are buying per dollar spent. It's the only way to truly compare on these terms.
