About Quick Keyboard Switch Donate

AD FREE

This simple app allows you to use a homescreen widget to quickly toggle the default keyboard from the enabled keyboards on your Android device.

It was mainly written because I need to keep switching between SwiftKey 3 and SwiftKey flow while I still get used to the latter.

Allows Swift Key users to quickly access Swift Key keyboard on devices that keep going back to default keyboard. Mine is a Galaxy Note, but I read that many other phones have the same problem. Just put on home Screen or I would recommend that you select Notification bar for "on the fly" easy quick access.

Is there a way to not get the help screen just go straight to keyboard selection? That would make the app perfect. Update I feel stupid second widget does exactly what I wanted. Best money spent. Simple and effective.

Would gen like a smattering of options to be able to quickly switch between them? Give this a go if you answered yes and I think you'll like it . It would be great if someone could make a simple on/off toggle widget for Google Talkback instead of the 3 step process we're stuck with at this point in time . 2% are severely visually impaired and would love to buy such a thing , just putting it out there .

This app has served me well for a long time. Recently I found a app called Floating Keyboard Switcher which fit the way I work even better. I recommend that you heck out both apps and compare.

I've had the free version for a couple years, and it's just such a useful lil tool. I'm a freak about changing keyboards with my mood, lol, and this app just makes it too easy. Never ever had any problems with it; it's straight up, no frills functionality for exactly what I need. I love simple apps that make my phone obsession easier. Haha. SUPPORT THIS DEV, GO PRO!! You'll be doing an awesome thing and you'll be super happy with the app, I promise!! 5 stars, and 10❤'s!!

Unfortunately, the app icon keeps disappearing from. my Note 5. notification panel. Is this due to a phone setting or if a bug, is there a fix?

This works really well. If you enable "notification" you can switch seamlessly. Very much worth a dollar.

I bought a Bluetooth multimedia remote to control my podcasts when I'm not allowed headphones and it registered on my phone as a keyboard. This wouldn't have been a problem if it kept my setting for Swiftkey as my default keyboard intact. However, it reverted back to Samsung's stock keyboard and I had to manually switch over every time. Swiftkey has a dictionary of my entries saved and it is just a better keyboard. I was looking for a widget to easily manage these settings and this was the only one that I came across. I can't believe it's the only one. Although I normally would not have purchased this app and would've just lived with the ads, I decided to show my support. It fit my needs to rid an annoyance forced upon me by Samsung and considering it's the only one on the market I know of, the devs deserve the backing. Thank you, developers. You found a need and filled it.

Of course the few keyboards left that refuse to budge easily are my favorites. Your app has fixed that and removed a little stress from my days . Thanks again!

This is a keeper. I happily paid for the donate version. The notification icon nicely opens directly to the keyboard selection dialog. But the desktop icon open to a description screen and requires a clumsy extra step. I wish it also went straight to the keyboard selector--after the first use.

I downloaded the free version, & am so pleased with its function that I really want the dev to have the donation. If you are a multilingual or multiple keyboard user, this app will definitely augment your mojo. Thanks, Dev. どもありがと。고마요. Muchas gracias. Merci beaucoup.

I would like a larger icon in the "HTC One" style. Also, would like the option to remove the notification icon for the drop down option.

Switch between all Keyboard styles installed. One of my most used apps. Probably Top 10. Plus, install APPoint Mario Ostwald. You don't even leave app your editing. It has floating icon. Always on top. Seems I'm reviewing APPoint, but Quick Keyboard uses homescreen widget. Install Quick Keyboard. Check out APPoint. Galaxy Nexus phone. Samsung Note 8.0 tablet.
