কুরবানীর ইতিহাস

মহান আল্লাহ মানব জাতিকে একমাত্র তাঁর ইবাদতের জন্য সৃষ্টি করেছেন। তবে সেক্ষেত্রে তিনি কিছু ইবাদত ফরজ করেছেন, আর কিছুকে ওয়াজিব সাব্যস্ত করেছেন। মুসলিমগণের উচিত একনিষ্ঠভাবে একমাত্র তাঁর সন্তুষ্টির উদ্দেশ্যে সেগুলো সম্পন্ন করা। কুরবানী সে ধরনের একটি ইবাদত যার বিধান আদম (আ.) এর যুগ থেকেই চলে আসছে। কিন্তু এ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ইবাদতের সঠিক ইতিহাস ও বিধানাবলী সম্পর্কে আমরা খুব কমই অবগত আছি।
