I keep getting where I can't log in because information wrong.My information is right though.

I got this app to view my usage on the go. But I have so much trouble logging. I have only gotten in twice since downloading the app a few days ago.

5 star service through app and physical store... Charles was great!

This is to find the the retailer your wireless store, but be aware that just as bad as the app is, so is the company your wireless...not Verizon. Premium retail mark up the phones from 50 to 100 dollars more then you would get in a Corp store. Do your research people.

I use to be able to check my account balance. Not anymore. All advertisements. Now I delete it.

Doesn't even give you a place to log in and pay your bill if its not installed on a Verizon phone, which is WAY DUMB. The Verizon hotspot I have still has to get paid for every month....thanks foe NOTHING!

The Verizon Wireless app for the Samsung Tab tablet doesn't work. See some the errors listed with other comments and ratings. The My Verizon app works perfectly on iPhone 5 and 6. Can someone fix the Android version. This is very annoying.

Can't log on to pay my bill

"UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST" every single time.. App doesn't work. Deleted!

App sucks cant login but I can logout and I never loged in yet to logout. So how is that if I was never signed in. It does not make any sense. So this app is rated 0 out of 5

Usually say unable to process. Tired of trying to make this work. Very poor app.

This is my 3rd try reviewing. The old app said I need to update to use it, then the google store says my device isn't compatible with the app and I'M USING A VERIZON ELIPSIS 7 TABLET! that bites!

I have installed just about every verizon app I can on my tablet just so I can be able to access my account without a long drawn out process and not a single Verizon app worked like it was suppose to and I still have to get into my account the long way

This app is about as crappy as this phone useless as the info widget on my phone that says disconnected and don't read my data in fixing to change phone companies these people operating this one don't seem to wasn't too help work the junky merchandise that they sell you uninstalling not good bye

Good idea for an app. When it says unable to process (as it always does) you have one chance to go back and still access your account from the home menu. After that you really can't log in again till your phone restarts and again you get one to go back to the home my Verizon screen after the unable to process mortgage comes up at login. Very glitchy app...
