This programme was started by Daniel Vlad, a competitive freestyle wrestler and an international coach, a former National Romanian Champion and National team member. Daniel is the Chief Instructor for the Vlad Wrestling Academy running Student & Instructor level programmes in the UK, he has also coached UFC fighters including Brad Pickett, Dan Hardy and Oli Thompson.
