TLC is Ventura County, California, first and only full-time rescue shop that rescues, rehabilitates, and re- homes abandoned and neglected small dog breeds, saving them from certain death in local shelters. In essence, TLC is a safety net for dogs on local shelter kill-lists. TLC does whatever it takes to save a dog's life as long as it is legal and moral.
