Our Mission

With the historic passage of Initiative 502, Washington citizens made their voices heard: it is time to embrace the legal, responsible, and regulated, recreational use of marijuana. As Washington blazes new trails in this brand new industry, The Evergreen Market is excited to play a vital role in shaping history. Our first stores will be in Renton and Auburn, very close to Seattle, Bellevue, Kent and vicinity.

Our philosophy is simple: to provide our customers with the finest products available. We will do this by seeking out those growers and producers who have a passion for marijuana and a heartfelt desire to bring the very best flower, edibles, and concentrates to market: if they do not have a passion for what they do, their product will not be on our shelves. The Evergreen Market is a showcase for the very best growers, producers, and processors the state of Washington has to offer. Our role will be to seek out the most innovative, most passionate, and most talented people in this industry and to bring their stories, vision and products to our customers.

FAQ's

Q: Are people under the age of 21 allowed in the store?

A: Only persons twenty-one and over are permitted in the store.

Q: Can I smoke or consume the marijuana that I purchase on site?

A: By State law, no marijuana products may be opened or consumed while on store property, which includes the parking lot.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: At this time your purchases are limited to cash only, however we have two ATM's on site.

Q: Is there an ATM on site?

A: Yes, there are two ATM's on premises.

Q: Can I make a purchase from your website?

A: At this time only in store purchases may be made. You can, however, place an order online for pickup at our pickup window or our express lane.

Q: How much marijuana, and marijuana products can I buy?

A: By State law your purchases are limited to a total of:

One ounce of marijuana flower
Sixteen ounces of marijuana edibles
Seven grams of marijuana concentrate, and
Seventy-two ounces of marijuana-infused beverages.

Q: Can I resell the marijuana that I purchase?

A: NO. Marijuana, and products containing marijuana, may only be sold by licensed retailers in Washington.

Q: I am visiting from out of state, can I take marijuana home with me and consume it there?

A: NO. Any marijuana products that are purchased must be consumed in Washington state and may not be transported across state lines.
