Terrapin Care Station

I spoke with some of the clerks at the Boulder location and they say that AppRooster, the company who created this app, got bought out. So that means this app is no longer supported and won't work until Terrapin finds a new app designer. The clerks had no information on when this might happen. It's a shame, because being able to skip the wait and reserve bargain strains were both significant reasons of why I enjoyed shopping at Terrapin. Hopefully it will be restored soon.

If I'm out my home grown. This my only stop. Don't mind driving a hour round trip. Side note, I think the app updated and don't work anymore.

Was awesome until the last update. Now it won't even open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Still nothing.

Don't bother they won't let you use app in store and they refuse service for 15 minutes not bother. The boyish looking girl at the counter was so clueless that I was more confused after leaving then I was walking in. No care for how slow they work. Why push an app and refuse it's service

This app needs more detail under every section. And it needs to be kept up to date. The strains listed are almost never in the actual store. The should also be more info about the strains. Also the THC oil and vape pens are not even on the app nor the website. It also needs to be more specific about which location has what.I would love to use this app and I would use it regularly, but I only used it once to get the phone number.

Love terrapin! Just a few bugs in the app when I first downloaded this app the menu feature worked but unfortunately now all it does is go to the hours. It was great when it had all the items and prices and not need to feel like I bother bud tenders and front desk with constant price qiestions! If that came back it would be 5/5 stars
