Opened for business in January 1987, as the ” BODY SHOP GYM,” AND OUSLEY’S GOJU KARATE ADDED IN 1990. In Feb 1990, we changed location to a larger facility.

Brian Ousley, a certified personal trainer and 6th degree blackbelt in GOJU Karate has owned and operated strictly fitness since 1990. Brian is affiliated with the Cooper Institute, American Aerobic Association & International Sports, Medicine Association and Aerobic Pipeline International personal training and strength training.
