Stillness Health

Stillness Health is owned and operated by Mark Morra, an Ashtanga yoga instructor, high school teacher, husband, father, world traveller, and earth lover. Juggling with multiple rolls in life, it is easy, in fact common, for the mind to become overwhelmed as it works to accomplish many things in little time. Stillness Health seeks to help people develop personal practices to keep the mind still as it observes the world in motion.
