As you are already aware, we are an international award winning committee with over 4000 YPs from various companies in the Oil and Gas industry. Our mission is to engage and develop the leadership potential of young oil and gas professionals in preparation to challenge and lead the industry. Our Vision is to establish a resource base of qualified and dedicated leaders from which the SPE can draw upon to strengthen the organization and industry.
