It started when Simpson Brebner Lettings, Stonehouse Property Management and Yvonne Moir Property Services were bought by our Parent Company, Lomond Capital, in 2012 and 2013 respectively. Subsequently, in 2014 Lomond Capital acquired the rental property portfolio of both Alex Hutcheon and St Andrews based Pagan Osborne. Together we are now one business: Stonehouse Lettings.
Having these key players operating as one company enables us to offer a strong, clear service proposal covering all aspects of the lettings business such as rent collection, property management and lease administration. The acquisitions have also given Stonehouse the competitive edge and advantage of shared market knowledge, expertise and pooled resources.
But this is just the start. The real revolution is in our approach and forward thinking attitude.
Operating from four lettings branches in Aberdeen's West-End, Kemnay, Ellon and St Andrews - we are responsible for managing over 2000 properties and finding homes for over 4000 tenants.
Stonehouse Lettings will continue to aspire to be at the forefront of the lettings market and to help us sustain this we are prepared to monitor and modify our business model to be more dynamic and specific to meet our clients needs in an ever changing and sometimes challenging property market.
