The dishes in our menu are either taken from the kitchens of renowned chefs from the Indian and Bengal regions, or are created by our own experienced chefs, specially trained and dedicated to preparing a fusion of healthy, pure, vibrant food.

At the Shahin we use fresh ingredients and guarantee low-fat cooking with no artificial colouring. Each dish will have its own distinctive flavour and aroma which cannot come from any pre-prepared curry powder but from spices which have to be separately prepared each day afresh for each individual dish to give you a unique dining experience.
