Royalites Carnival Band burst onto the carnival scene in St. Lucia back in the early 1980s, aiming to push the boundaries by bringing levels of costuming previously unseen in St. Lucia carnival to the arena and a spirit of amicable competition. Many other carnival bands sprung up, either as breakaway groups or direct competitors, which is directly responsible for the richness and variety that has characterized St Lucia carnival and is still evident today.

Royalites' success was down to mass appeal - revelers of all generations could play mas' together and also provided a vehicle for emerging St. Lucian talent. Always a force on the road, Royalites Xtreme

PORTRAYS MOTHER EARTH

EARTH, our home planet, is the only planet in our solar system known to harbor life - life that is incredibly diverse. All the things we need to survive exist under a thin layer of atmosphere that separates us from the cold, and earth is the only planet where the atmosphere is breathable. The most remarkable thing about our planet is the life that thrives, plants, animals’ creatures’ birds and other diverse species.
Royalites Xtreme will depict a few of the important aspects in our portrayal Mother Earth.
