Rays on the Green

For two years Ray Mays and Dave Vonk worked on a plan to develop one of the premier restaurants in the area, RAY’S ON THE GREEN. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the food is amazing. Ray Mays is obviously a man who cares about the quality, taste, and presentation of his food.

Ray’s on the Green is a full-service bar & restaurant.

The restaurant features great steaks, burgers, sandwiches, pasta dishes, seafood, and Mexican offerings. The bar is a full-service bar with beers on tap, wines, and spirits for cocktails. Ray’s on the Green includes a full menu and dining on the deck overlooking the pool and several fairways. RAY’S ON THE GREEN is truly a one-stop-shopping opportunity for business meetings and events, weddings, parties and the like. A large part of the main ballroom overlooking the St. Joseph River is available for these purposes. His kitchens are capable of handling catering for such events as well. The ballroom has a standard capacity of around 200 people for special events, and is capable of handling from 130 to 150 diners at any one time.

Look for regular live entertainment on the patio during the outdoor weather season.

Mays, who is a veteran restaurateur offers reasonably priced and outstanding quality food at RAY’S ON THE GREEN which is open to the general public Sunday through Thursday 11AM-10PM and Friday & Saturday 11AM-11PM for lunch and dinner service. RAY’S ON THE GREEN is a regular go-to option for hungry people across the region, not simply a “grab some lunch when you golf, ” or some sort of “exclusively for special occasions” type of spot.
