The only really useful part of the app is Alerts, although it would be really really useful. But I can't leave this installed with it taking so many permissions. If people want a find car or tip app, they probably already have 1. The contacts and Home page aren't giving any more info than I've already added to my contacts. Contacts could still be useful, but clean them up (misspellings on emergency contacts) and consolidate to 1 page. Payments is nice, but I'll never use it. HOA fees should be on auto pay.
