Whilst the tool itself is well put together there are errors and spelling mistakes on the forms. The forms can't be edited nor is there room to add additional comments regarding compliance when it is found (only non compliance has a comments area). The app could also do with some form of export facility to say Google Drive or locally rather than emailing everything across.
