Lots of permissions are needed and the app isn't exactly beautiful. Not bad, but I wish there was material design, for example. I very much like the news ticker at the bottom though. That's a nice touch.

This looks like a hacked together poorly modified app from another source. It doesn't "scream" We Are Oakmont. It starts with world maps, then focuses down. Many Oakmont businesses not listed while businesses far out of town are. If you are trying to brand and promote your town and businesses this is not how. It looks last minute, thrown together, and doesn't say "we have pride." it also asks for a lot of unnecessary permissions opening up security issues. Needs to be redone.
