Our Service

Our customer service reps are the best in the business and they are happy to help you out. When our CSR’s talk to you they will help you figure out what you need and help make sure that nothing is left out. They can recommend restaurants, serving sizes, accompaniments, side dishes, foods, spiciness, and snacks and desserts that are perfect compliments to the meal.
Delivery Time

When our call center confirms your order they will give you a delivery time. Typical delivery time will be about 30 - 45 minutes. However Chinese / Japanese restaurants may take a little longer since their recipes / dishes are freshly prepared on order placement, it may take longer after you order.
Minimum & Fees

The minimum food order is ugshs 5000. Menu prices are set by the restaurants and are subject to change without notice. Menu prices do not include sales tax, delivery charges, or gratuities.
Delivery Cost

Delivery Costs are dependant on distance from the restaurant to your delivery address
