When I try to view case info, it directs me to a blank white screen. That is the main reason I installed the app.

It just stays on the home screen fix it PLEASE!!!!

App still needs some work. Too hard to see and follow. Does not seem to be user friendly...

Not able to sign in!!! Please fix!!! I use this app to get a balance.... What happened? This was 3.28.15 still can't login..... What the heck!?!?!?

Not able to sign in for the past 2 months need to fix the bugs otherwise would of been 5 stars

Will not allow me to click login on the app I have done everything to try and resolve the issue!!! This is very frustrating, I can access everything on the front page, except the login key!!! Please fix this issue and I will give a five star rating.

Not able to log in to view my cases please fix bug. I tried uninstalling app, after I reinstalled it, still having the same issue, can't log in. The app says that the website is temporarily down or has permanently moved to a new location

What happened? I can't check my balance or to see if a deposit was made. This needs to be fixed.

So I just downloaded this, all excited to be able to check out my case info this way instead of having to log in from a computer, yet....I can't even log in! Tell me....what's the point in having an app with a bug that doesn't allow users to log in, having reviewers complain about this issue, yet having developers NOT fix said bug that people are complaining about in order for the app to be usable for everyone?!?

This app is so freakin easy to use and has info on about any subject a CSEA customer would need to know. I was able to find out what exactly I needed to bring to my hearing, how I could request a modification, and how I could access legal assistance if I wasn't able to afford a private attorney. I really appreciate that the CSEA now offers a Fatherhood program. Contact Mike. He was super helpful and helped me navigate the legal process. I also liked the maps feature that directed me straight to the CSEA's location, so I arrived on time for my hearing. You can also access the CSEA's web portal from here so you can get instant access to your case info. This app rocks.
