Captain Troy Crane is the owner/operator of the Marauder and has been charter fishing on the Outer banks the last twenty years and living and fishing the coastal waters of Virginia and North Carolina is entire life.

Marauder Sport Fishing operates year round out of the World class fishing marina Pirates Cove. Located on the causeway between Nags Head and Manteo on Roanoke Island, just a short drive from anywhere on the Outer Banks.

We are pleased to offer several types of fishing charters to accommodate anyone from the beginner to the accomplished fisherman including families with kids who are wanting to introduce them to the exciting world of fishing. Anything from a half or three quarter day trip around the inlet and along the beach to full day excursions fishing up to 30 miles offshore, we have a trip for you and your crew.

The "Marauder" is a 35 foot Sport fisherman manufactured by Bertram yachts and is widely known for being a comfortable riding boat in all conditions. The boat is outfitted with top of the line tackle ranging from light tackle spinning gear to heavy duty trolling outfits. We pride ourselves in being rigged and ready for whatever presents itself.
