No tengo mucho tiempo libre para ir al gimnasio... Así que esta aplicación me ayuda a ver rutinas de ejercicio que me ayudaran a estar más saludable y bajar de peso... sin duda alguna... un must!

The app is good as in it contains a lot of exercises and makes it a helluva lot easy to refer to the same. However the quality of videos can be made a whole lot better. It would be good if the videos covered postures from every angle. Moreover the programming should also have programs that help one to progress from beginner to an intermediate level if not the level of an expert. Hope that in time things get better.
